Flats are in!!!

I am so happy that flats are in style right now! Because I can not wear heals (with my knee) I have to wear flats all the time. Although I must says that I love pumps! I could wear them all day everyday. Maybe its just the dancer in me who likes to walk on her toes. Anyways, There are so many adorable flats out right now! I wish I could buy all of them. Patten leather, ones with jewels, peep toes, and jelly. ADORABLE!!! I wish I could buy one in every color on Nordstrom.com. Here are some of the many cute ones that you should buy for the spring/summer..........

Easter Dresses!!!!!

My favorite thing about Easter is buying an Easter dress to wear that day! It was always one of my favorite h
olidays when I was little because my mom would buy me the cutest dresses with little white patten leather party shoes. SO CUTE! I got a really cute dress for Easter this year but it was
sooooooooooo cold! I didn't even end up wearing it to church! I was so sad! It was pink plaid with purple and blue. And it was a babydoll style. I love it! I guess I am just going to pretend it is Easter one day so I can wear it soon!~kmf

It's winter again???
I just don't understand!!! Yesterday it was was almost 70 degrees and when I woke up this morning to go to my car at 8:30 it was snowing!!! Seriously, I thought?!!? Is this really happening or am I still dreaming?!? Who knows with the weather here. I have come to find that anything can happen in this lovely state. Good thing I did not bring home all of my winter jackets and sweaters because I would have been freezing this morning! I never thought that in April we could have weather like this! I need to move to california. I am a warm weather girl. Flip flops all year round are okey dokey for me! Anyways, I still can't believe that the weather changed so much in such a short period of time. Is that even possible? I guess so........bbbbuuuuuuurrrrrrrr

continued..
anyways.. continuing from yesterday...
so my uncle and grandmother get my father and bring him back to my grandmother's house. my grandmother and i sit and wait as he sleeps and gets sick, sleeps and gets sick, until finally he starting dry heaving and i decide it's time for the hospital
- thank god - the doc said if we hadn't gotten him there by that time, things could have gotten even worse
as we are standing in the hospital, i can't help but stare at the nurses in their scrubs and crocs. Each and every one of them had them. I mean I do have to say that crocs are very comfortable, but wow. The nurses were also color coded, probably regarding their position or department. the nurses that helped us out were in an ugly tan color. wouldn't that suck? having to get up every day and instead of putting on a fun bright color, you'd have to put on tan - blah, boring, lifeless tan. that would be depressing in my mind, especially being surrounded by sick people as well...
anyways. my dad was finally admitted after being in the hospital from 5-12 and just got out sunday. he's still pretty sick but looks a lot better than he did. although he declares that he will never have cherry jello or ice again!

never imagined
its kind of been a tough week for blogging...
my dad came down sick a few weeks ago, but didn't think anything of it. I mean my dad is a hard ass with one of the highest pain tolerances I have ever seen. I can remember as a kid that he would always tell us to "suck it up" instead of complain - even if we were left with a broken bone. Anyways.. so my dad just kept getting sicker until finally he went to the hospital.
Now on a sidenote.. my dad just got a new job in Elkhart so he has been driving there during the week and driving back to Dayton for the weekends, thus at this time he was in Elkhart and went to a hospital there... blah.
So.. after the hospital did nothing for him, he headed back to the hotel, suffered for two days and then finally called my uncle and grandmother to come and get him. Thank god they did, I've never seen my dad that sick.
I mean, my dad has been through a lot of health problems.. he has a heart palpitation where he went to Penn Hospital and had hear surgery, he has had pneumonia, a broken nose - due to passing out because of his heart, knee surgery a total of 7 times, a shattered left leg, etc. etc. But I haven't seen my dad in this much pain since I was little.
I promise I'll continue later.. I just have to shower before class

Yeah it's warm!!!!

I love the summer weather! Summer clothes are 10 times cuter than winter clothes and you don't have to wear a thousand layers! Dresses, cute tanks, capris, shorts, sandals, etc.....they are amazing. So many beautiful colors and combinations. The material is light and cool and lets you breathe. I feel more alive when the sun is shining down on my freckled skin. Oh and I can't forget about sunglasses! I love them. My favorite sunglasses ever are my black Chanel ones with the pearlized double C's on the sides. I wanted those for so long and finally I got them 2 Christmas's ago. I will never get rid of them. Well atleast I hope I don't loose them! I especially like not having to put on hundreds of layers before walking to my car. It is so nice just to be able to throw on a swim suit and slide on some thongs and head out the door. What the life.....I wish I lived in California all year long...........

TUTU'S

I wish I could wear a tutu all day long! They are so cute! Even though they would look really stupid with everything but a leotard....they make you feel pretty!! My favorite ones are the ones with the sequins on the end. I also love colorful ones! Pink and red were always my favorite when I was young. I don't like the ones that stick straight out though. I like the fluffier ones. They are the cutest. Putting on a tutu just makes me f
eel happy and makes me want to dance around like a little girl in ballet class. My favorite day in ballet when I was little was the day when it was your birthday and you got to wear the special birthday sparkely tutu. Oh what a day! I wish it was my birthday right now. Tutu's always make me feel happy! ~kmf
gauchos.. will they make a comeback?
as i am wearing gauchos right now from "last season," haha, in my mind i wonder whether or not they will make as major of a comeback as they made their grand appeareance? i mean why not, they are comfortable, can easily be dressed up and dressed down and they are a nice change from jeans, capris or shorts. Nowadays they even make them in a jean or khaki form (and im proud to say i have jean gauchos from Old Navy that i LOVE). overall gauchos and clothing in general should be what you want it to me.. because it will always make a comeback.

spring is in the air. now when's it gonna stay?
i wore flip flops today for the first time since last summer (not counting shower flip-flops). it felt so refreshing to not have the big clunky shoes of winter, although my feet were a bit cold - hey at least i waited for the snow to completely melt! i love it when the weather starts to get nice like it has recently. the sun seems to always shine which definitely raises my spirits and the fresh air is so nice to breathe in after being confined to a dorm room all winter. i just can't wait till the weather is just a bit warmer and i can ditch the heavy layers. even though they do cover up the parts of my body that i particularly fond of covering up, it is nice to have all of that weight lift off.. it makes my mood better and my body..

T-shirtalicious
I never realized how many T-shirts I owned until I was unpacking from break yesterday and my plethora of clothing spilled out into our extra dresser. I've attained at least 40 since I been at school. that's where all my money has gone...

WHY?
Can I just ask why? Why is it impossible to find a place to live in New York for a good price? I have been really stressed these past 3 weeks trying to find a place for the summer! And everywhere that i do find is ugly and a shit hole and basically has the kitchen and the bathroom and the bedroom all in one place.....weird. It is not at all like Chicago. But I guess if I want a fashionable apt. I will have to shell out the money... For now though I am just going to have to settle for a crappy place... I'd rather have clothes than a huge apartment.

My dad's definition of Goth
So I painted my nails black and my dad asked me when I went goth. I thought in my head, "I'm not goth, I just like guys who wear black." Lets face it, people carry a certain style for themselves and also to attract a certain type of person. Your personal style (even if you're not trying) says "this is the kind of person I feel like I am inside, if you think you can connect to this, let's be friends." Besides that, I could never claim my style as "goth" to any extent. It's pointless to label some styles because the "definitions" are constantly changing. Black finger nails 10 years ago would have tied you with a "goth" style, whereas today it has become much more mainstream. Does anyone remember that short point when Carson Daly had a select few nails painted black on TRL? When he did that, a lot of people thought he was trying to be hard-core or "goth" in some way. Today, black nail polish is more "acceptable." Anyway, I still did it cause I always wanted to even when it was "unconventional" but was too afraid of what my mom would say. Here's to not being afraid of my mom anymore...whoo! Hahaha. That's silly.
Anyway, they didn't notice the black dye in my hair....

Yesterday I spent my day outside getting down and dirty - playing disc golf and horse shoes and then grilling outside. As a child I loved to run and play outside till the sun went down (and sometimes when it was already down if we were able to convince our mothers otherwise). I would do everything and anything and could care less whether or not I was clean or not - I was not the stereotypical little girl. Sure my favorite color is pink and I played with Barbies and American girl dolls - BUT I also loved playing every and any sport that could be thrown at me.
For instance, I playing volleyball and was always diving all over the place for the ball. I played basketball and was considered the most aggressive one, rolling around on the floor holding onto the jump ball for my dear life. Overall - I wasn't afraid to get dirty. I even had some of my best times going over to the new houses that were being put up in my new neighborhood and playing in the mud - mud so thick and deep that my brother once got his boot stuck and we had to pull him out of his boot! Overall - getting dirty can be a blast - just remember that anyone can do it as long as you remember to do your laundry as well!

what is business casual?
business casual is term that is meant to allow employees to dress a bit more comfortably than wearing a stiff suit jacket, tie or skirt. Instead it gives employees a chance to have a bit more self-expression, but some employees forget that there are still some set professional rules in place. For instance... when I was working at my summer internship, as a 20 year-old, I was the youngest person in the building and yet I was the most professional when dressing in business casual attire. I wore nice khaki or brown suit paint or at most a skirt that went below the knee, closed toed shoes, either with a small heel or none at all and either button up shirts or shirts that did not show off "the girls" as my mother likes to say. I never expected myself to be the most professionally dressed and became discouraged at how some of the people did dress? I mean as a young adult I even know better to not wear the heels and low cut shirts that these women did! Where is the decency?! My mom is the manager of a local furniture store in town and she has to deal with dress code problems all the time. One woman wears sleeveless shirts and low cut ones all the time. Another time they were allowed to wear capris finally and one woman came into worked dressed like she was going to the beach. Now I understand that people want to be comfortable for work but there is a fine line between being comfortable and being comfortable and still professional!

rising up from the grave Part dos!
yes its that time again.. time to pay tribute to all things that have decided to make a comeback! the thing that spawned this lovely entry was a random girl in forever 21 (one of my favorite stores if you haven't guessed by now) and an item that she was wearing...
#1 - the blazer jacket
originally worn by business power women in the 80s (shoulder pads and all) this was a hot ticket item for the woman in the work-field. I honestly don't know how shoulder pads equaled power, but that's besides the point. those women were confident and damn well should have been! today young gals.. including myself... have decided to bring back this power look (minus the SPs) and make them into our own cute look like Jessica Alba...
#2 - costume jewelry
although young girls might think this is a new fad, it definitely isn't! Most of my enormous collection comes from the generation that started the trend - my grandm
others! I can remember as a kid adoring going over to her house because we got to divulge our imaginations into a huge box of fake diamonds, funky stones and chunky bracelets. I was in heaven. eventually when my sister and I got older my grandmother, as well as my great grandmother gave me all of their sweet goodies. I love wearing one of their pieces today because I know that instead of the knock-offs of today - I've got the real thing :)
#3 - pumps
No, I'm not talking about those things that blow up air matresses or take the water out of your pool when some kid drops a mysterious "butterfinger" in the water (has anyone seen caddy shack?). I am talking about the amazing shoes that I can sadly not wear on my precious feet :( Let me give you a history of the items before I give my complete opinion (in case th
at's not already obvious)
Eventually, bows and other embellishments, as well as heels were added to pumps, making them more feminine than the flat, plain shoes from which they originated.
So.. in my opinion, if the men and servants of the 1500s could handle them, then my feet might just have to suffer as well!

Pumps, in their most classic form, are lightweight, strapless shoes. Pumps have a seamless front upper that is cut closer to the toes than the top of the foot. They have need no fastening or lacing, as the foot can be slipped into them. Varying heel heights.History of Pumps
Though the pump has been a staple in women's shoes for centuries, it was originally worn (without a heel) by men and servants in the 1500s - then they were called a "pompes."Eventually, bows and other embellishments, as well as heels were added to pumps, making them more feminine than the flat, plain shoes from which they originated.

the big hair is invading
while driving to the greene today my sister and i made a wrong turn and had to turn back around. while waiting at a stop light, a white sports car pulled up next to us. thinking that it would be some hot guy.. or more or less wishing...inside we both looked over to instead see a girl about our age that was quite pretty except for one factor - her hair was about as twice as big as her head itself and hit the ceiling! i have never been a fan of the big hair movement. it happened in the 80s and in my opinion needs to stay in the 80s. i even hate it when i go and get my hair cut and the stylists adds tons of products and "poofs it," or at least thats what my mom and i like to call it. i am a very simple hair person - i can hardly even curl my own hair - and i have a very bad tendency to always want to put it up in some sort of fashion. i never understood the big hair thing though... our poor ozone layer is deteriorating because of all the aqua net :(

makeup makes me down
ive never been one to wear a lot of makeup. i like my "natural" look and i feel as if it makes my skin look healthier and feel healthier. today i wore it for the first time in ages and all day i kept wanting to rub my eyes but i had to remind myself - eyeshadow, mascara = raccoon eyes = bad. naturally i never wear makeup around my boyfriend, except the first night i met him and formal and yet i felt as if wearing it home would prove to my parentals that im not a complete bum at school. dont know if it worked either though because i drove 4 hours home in the darkness of my car and arrived at my destination at 10ish looking tired as all get out. now dont get my wrong - makeup does make a person look more professional at a job and looks nice at a formal but for everyday use... well its just not for me.

Be Excellent to Each Other
So here's is a little, bitty reminder of where the fashion world was when some of us were born. This was the beginning of our fashion lives because our parents (depending on taste) probably thought that we were going to grow up to dress somewhat like this, or may have based our tiny, little outfits after some of these fashion trends. I know a few people my age who had miniature "chucks" (converse all-stars) at age three (1989). I think it's funny how parents sometimes like to dress kids in "miniature" adult outfits, you know, like little suits and dresses. Anywho, here's a very "righteous" example. Party on dudes!

the devil wears prada
There are so many cute summer dresses out that I want right now! I need to get cute clothes for my internship this summer but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars for a summer work wardrobe. I hope that I can just take clothes out of the showroom like in The Devil Wears Prada. That is my favorite
movie. I can't wait to be in the fashion scene. Clothes all around me all day is amazing! I love how Andy can just go into the room and pick out whatever she wants. CHANEL boots and necklaces, PRADA and FENDI handbags and OSCAR DE LA RENTA dresses. Can this please happen to me!! My internship is like hers but I am really hoping they are going to give me clothes. That would be my dream!!!~kmf

shopping spree... day 1

I absolutely love this shirt and necklace to go along with it! I have never been one to follow the norm with my clothing choices... whenever I go shopping with my friends (which is very rare because I never have money to just splurge on shopping), I always steer away from asking their opinions - why? because they don't like my taste and that's fine with me. I love bold and outlandish items, bright colors and especially animal prints. So if its out of the ordinary it will most likely be in my closet or at least on my secret wish list. This piece especially catches my eye because of the contrast between the solid on the bottom and the bright animal/flower print on the top. The yellow plastic flower necklace matches it perfectly both my color & style
Peg Top $15.80Carved Flower Beaded Necklace $5.80
1000-5.80-15.80 = $978.40
1000-5.80-15.80 = $978.40

The item that first caught my eye was that amazing sweater top. The buttons are totally awesome and the lacy/flowery design on the right shoulder is also really unique. Mustard seems to be the newest popular color and tons of stores are featuring it. I love the color myself. I've always been a yellow color and this just adds a new twist on an old favor. As for earrings, I would wear the ones on the far right to match the tank. I have a problem with matching all of the time and can sometimes be afraid to mix colors and patterns but I think that in the case of this ensamble the yellow earrings go the best.
Swanky Silvia Top $15.80

Please be summer soon!

I am getting really sick of having to put on a fricken parka on every time I walk out of the door. Seriously, this winter has been awful. It hasn't stopped snowing for the past 2 months! I hate it! I can't wait for the summer when the sun is shining and the flowers are bloomed and i can lay in my pool gazing up at the blue sky. I love listening to my music playing from the pool house and talking with my friends about everything that matters most. I love in the summer when my friends all gather in my backyard around the pool and we have fun before to go out. Summer fashion is my favorite though. Having to only throw on flip flops and bathing suit is ideal to me. Cute little dresses, espadrilles, bermuda shorts, and bikinis. Who could ask for anything more. When is summer going to be here? Hopefully soon!!!~kmf
money money money money. mon-AY!
as seen twice already.. I have decided to post a "fashion-oriented" quote at least once a day.
now.... I have never had a lot of excess money to spend - every piece of clothing I have bought has been straight out of my hard earned cash - thus I am a cheap ass.
So for my own enjoyment, (and whomever else wants to do this as well) I am giving you an "online shopping spree" like most contests you will receive $1000 to virtually spend on fashion (and however you define this word as well). If you post this on your blog make sure that you also notify us with a comment that you have done so, so that we can see your selection. Tell us why you are purchasing each item and how it reflects the person that you are - make it personal. Ok, now get your virtual dollars and start spending!

i borrowed this from Jeremy.. my goal is to reach all 50 states by the time I'm 25. I'll be 21 this June so that leaves me with 35 states to visit in about 4 years. wow - I better grab some sunblock, sunglasses and a road map because I've got a bit of traveling to accomplish!

it's CHOICH people
I really wish people wouldn't wear sweatpants to church. I was sitting behind a girl tonight who was wearing those uber short cheerleader shorts and an over-sized hoodie in church. It just seems so disrespectful to me. Like the event you're at is not that important. It's good when people find it important to go to church but somewhat insulting that they'll go dressed like they didn't want to actually take the time to make it an event. Like they happened to be able to fit it into their busy schedule of sitting around. Personally I just feel awkward when I'm wearing basically pajamas in a public setting. It has nothing to do with feeling self-conscious about how people see me, but it's more that I want people to respect me and know that I respect them as a member of my community. Wear the hoodie to church, fine, I'll do it too, but at least throw on a pair of pants so that you at least look like you respect the ritual.

omfg...diversity is SO in
Since I began working in the costume shop in 2004, I have continually kept an eye on different forms of costuming. Also, I have a recent re-obsession with My Chemical Romance. My point being: Each of their music videos represents a specific "genre" of the fashion and costuming world. I will post a small sampling of their videos to show just how much time and thought had to have gone into each one. The costumes are made to not only reflect the band's personal style, but also to allude to another time. Costuming is a form of art and these music videos are a good example.
apart of me
My wristlet has become apart of me. Wristlets are probably the greatest invention ever. They are perfect for going out at night with your friends, to a party or a bar, or they are nice to use inside another purse as a wallet. I love them because they hang around your wrist and you don't have to worry about carring around a purse over your shoulder or on your elbow. You can dance, hold a drink or clip it to your belt loop and not have to worry about it being in the way, but you still have everything with you and not sitting somewhere that you are not watching it the whole time ( like a purse). It is nice for the neccesities; your id's, credit card, phone, and your camera. PERFECT!!! I have used mine so much that it is starting to rip, but i am definently going to get it fixed because I can't live without it. I LOVE WRISTLETS!!!~kmf

wn and grey - and yes I do wear them underneath jean skirts. Now what era does that remind you of? the 80s!!! Got to love the 80s. Girls are wearing them left and right these days and I have to say they do look pretty hot!
2. Bows: I have no clue what era these are from but I do remember wearing them when I was younger which was the early 90s. I actually have the funniest story about my old "bow wearing days."

When I was younger, my mom, sister & I used to make these amazing big bows. We used to add glitter glitz and whatever else we could find. My favorite bows were the ones where we added the huge gems that you could buy at hobby lobby, Michaels, etc. I was wearing one of these bows one day while we were watching "Hook." I think it was 3rd grade. Anyways... I was bo
red to death and so I started to pick off the gems from my bow. I finally got one of the big suckers off and started to look at the pretty thing - remember I was in 3rd grade. So.. I decided to do the SMARTEST thing I think I have ever done in my life - stick in my ear. Well the gem happened to be the exact same size as my ear opening and it got stuck. I ended up having to go to the doctor's get it vacuumed out and be eternally made fun of by my family and friends.. hope that made you laugh.

Instead girls wear tied in a bow on their pony tail following the "preppy style"
3. Popped Collars- as much as people might think this is a new trend, it really isn't. My mom sadly admits that she was quite the preppy gal when she was younger - wearing lacoste and popping her collar, which was around the early to late 70s. Oh boy mom, sometimes I wonder... nowadays people like Three 6 Mafia (rappers if you didn't know) are making tributes to the popping collar action. Interesante if I do say so myself.
4. Head Bands- Now I loved loved loved head bands as a kid. I was one of those goofy kids who used to always hav
e that awkward haircut that was mix between a bull cut and a mullet. Yes you heard right - I always wonder what my parent's were thinking. Anyways, in order to make up for this disasterous haircut I would hide it with headbands - big, small, with bows attached, plastic, cloth, homemade and storebought - anyone would work. Nowadays girls have brought the trend back.and I will admit that I was never able to let go of this trend - although I think my hair isn't as bad as it used to be though. (Thats me on the right with the headband and yes matching dress with my sister)
Ok, well those are all I can think of right now but I promise you that if I do remember I will add more!

this blog
I never said you have to buy all brand label clothing, personally my passion is fashion so I like those brands, but I have never looked down on a person who can't aford them and no where in this blog have i ever talked about that. Obviously people have not read all of the entries, because I wrote about one where I said I love buying stuff from Target. Maybe you think we are being materialistic but that is not the message that we are sending out by this blog. I never said that people who don't wear designers are inferior, I am trying to get across to people that you can look good no matter where you shop. I know everyone has different styles and I am not saying any one style is better than another. I just like to write about my own personal style. I am going into the fashion industy and that is what I am interested in. Some people are interested in art, writing, sports....Fashion is what I am interested in as a form of my own personal expression, just like art. You may find that materialistic but its not. I am not going to let anyone make me feel bad about what I am passionate about. Just as I am not writing on your blogs or coming up to your face saying your a bad person. I would never judge you and what you write about. Just as you think we are bad people for writing about trends we find odd, you should think about how you are critizing us by making yourselves seem like better people. ~kmf

....
this is my extreme apology to all of those people in our class who i offended. that was never my intention. let me explain myself though to make things clear -
who i was talking about was my personal friends who don't live out their cars but leave all of their clothing - "their entire closet" - in their because they are too lazy to clean it out. i never meant to offend or make fun of people who aren't as lucky to live in homes.
As for megan's comment - if you want me to be real then fine, I'll be real. I do not have everything handed to me. I have been working since I was 15 and pay for everything that I want, and hate it when I have to ask my parents for any money. I paid for my car bill, insurance, clothing and phone bill all throughout high school. I pay for my education here at SMC which means that I'll have lots of lovely loans to pay off when I graduate in about 1 1/2. Oh yeah and I have about $10 in my bank account right. My family isn't rich or poor but we have gone through our struggles as much as the next person. My dad is currently jobless for the second time in a matter of two years. He moved his entire family to a whole new state in order for a job and lost it a year later - sucks right? Oh and that's not it either, my family has dealt with alcoholism, depression, major heart surgery and death.
So no, I'm not perfect nor am I fashionable myself - my favorite stores are Old Navy, TJMaxx and Target - real expensive right?? I wear some jewelry and buy some clothing that most of my friends think are hideous but do I care, no. I have never owned anything from Banana Republic or any other ritzy stores like that - and yes I think BR is ritzy. My most expensive "label" item is from Coach and it was a gift.
I am honestly sorry if I offended anyone but you offended me as well by making ridiculous accusations about a person who you don't even know.

funfun
this blog is supposed to be just for fun. we're not serious. if we actually believed it in the sense that we will actually act uncivil to certain people because of what they wear, we'd be horrible people.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
pretending to be someone you're not, what else are blogs about?

that's just lazy
There's always "that girl," the one who wears the same pajama pants e-v-e-r-y day. I lived with "that girl" my freshman year. She ended up dropping out of our school because she was depressed. Geesh I wonder why, maybe it's because she didn't bother to make herself feel better. There were all kinds of other things which contributed to the mess, but wearing the same, sad, sloppy pair of pajama pants everyday cannot be healthy or fun. There is a girl I see every so often who wears blue pajama pants with snow flakes or something on them, and what makes it even worse is the fact that she does not look like she showers either. I have to admit, my freshman year, I had "time managment" issues and didn't squeeze in a shower everyday. I think everyone has gone through that at some point, but I eventually got over it. Further more, if I didn't shower I would at least make an effort to do something about it, like wearing actual clothes. Wearing your pajamas to class is usually the second benefit that people will mention when talking about why it's cool to go to a women's college, but I think this is lame. I don't see how you can feel studious while wearing what you slept in the night before...it implies sleeping, not thinking.
Maybe I'm just old-fashioned (no pun intended), but I think that everyone, everyday should dress as if they were going somewhere. You don't have to get fancy and I'm not implying that everyone should wear poodle skirts and suit ties everyday, but at least a nice, non-smelly pair of pants, jeans even. That's all I ask.

I <3 JUICY COUTURE

Juicy is my favorite brand. They have the cutest everything! I love their shoes, their jewelry, their accessories, their clothing, and especially their velour jumpsuits! I live in them. I have eight which is really sad because they are about $220, so that is over $1800 dollars that I have spent in sweats alone in the past 4 years. AHHHHH. Good thing my dad can't see my bank statement. That would not be good. Anyways, they are the best to wear anywhere! I wear them to class, traveling, to my boyfriends to lounge around, and to the mall when I don't want to dress up but still look cute. I recommend that everyone should buy one. They last forever and are super cute. They come in every color possible and they have some with really cute designs. There is one with a cupcake on the back right now, and it says "Cupcake Couture". I love it!!! So everyone should go out and pick one up. They are adorable! Everyone should walk around with "Juicy" on their butt!

blue jeans & white stains DONT mix

now don't get my wrong - i like snow as much as the next person and i don't mind the
weather (especially if it gets things canceled that i want to be canceled) - but it does do a number on your blue jeans. At first, the snow and ice is so pretty, but then comes the warm weather that we all want and desire. Along with the warm weather comes melting and the ice, snow and ice salt mixes together into big puddles. Now I don't know about everyone else, but I wear my jeans just a bit longer than my ankles so that they somewhat hang over my shoes, in doing this I leave them wide open for any mess on the streets, roads and sidewalks. Thus this icky white business chart thingy begins to form around the back of your jeans. It looks awful and hardens up when it dries which feels really weird on your legs. I don't know about everyone else either, but no way do I have the money to own 50 billion pairs of blue jeans or wash my 3 pairs every week. I guess that I will just have to keep along with this fashion blunder.
